Ashanti began her career in music since 2000. Ashanti titled debut album
was released in 2002. Her two songs titled Foolish and What's Luv (With Fat
Joe) made her into the Billboard Hot 100. Then
her second album Chapter II released in 2003. Both the albums are success among
people. Then those were followed by Ashanti's next albums titled Christmas
(2003), Concrete Rose (2004), Collectables By Ashanti and The Declaration
(2008).
Ashanti also has a career in acting. Her firstly debut was in the film
Malcolmx with actor Denzel Washington. Her other popular films that followed
Bride and Prejudice (2004), Coach Carter (2005), John Tucker Must Die (2006), Resident Evil: Extinction (2007) and You're Nobody Till Somebody Kills You (2007). Ashanti
also starred in several television series and theatrical performances such as
The Wiz (2009) and Rent as Mimi (2010). Ashanti has won a Grammy Award and MTV
