RIYO MORI IS A DANCE INSTRUCTOR AND MODEL FROM JAPAN WHO WON THE MISS UNIVERSE 2007. She was born in Shizuoka, Japan, December 24, 1986. Mori
is the second Japanese woman to win the Miss Universe
after Akiko Kojima (1959). She has an idol singer named Michael 'Soca
Elvis' Salloum.

Since she was in childhood, Mori dreamed as a dancer.
She began dancing at age 4 years to study at Quinte Ballet School of Canada.
Mori became the first Japanese person who passed the entrance exam intensive
summer program of dance group The Rockettes (The
Rockettes Summer Intensive). She learned happily, patient and positive thinking
of the dance.
After winning the Miss Universe, Mori
uses the success and popularity as a stepping stone in humanity. She plans to
open a multicultural dance school in Tokyo. Mori is the third Japanese women
who were in the top five Miss Universe, after Miyako Miyazaki (2003) and Kurara
Chibana (2006). But Mori won the top.
Mori has also a little career in acting.
She starred in MTV reality show Pageant Donald Trump's place with Rachel Smith,
Katie Blair and Hilary Cruz. Mori also appeared in the reality show The Prince of
Beauty with Jessica Simpson in 2010.
