Coco Lee is a pop
singer, songwriter, record producer and Hong Kong
actress. She is also known by the name of the English language
officially Ferren Lee. She was born in Hong
Kong, January 17, 1975. Lee is the only Asian artist
who several times had three singles in the MTV Asia Hitlist Top. Lee grew up in
Hong Kong, but after her mother died she and her father lived in San Francisco,
California. Therefore she can speak Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese and English
fluently. Lee established a relationship with a Canadian businessman named
Bruce Philip Rockowitz and married on October 27, 2011 on Sky 100, Hong Kong.

A Very Talented Woman in Music
Lee began her career
in 1992 when she was runner-up in the Miss Hong Kong
Pageant. After that she signed a contract with Capital Artists. On June
15, 1993, Lee made her debut. In 1994 she released her first solo album in
Mandarin in collaboration with Fancy Pie Records. In 1996, Lee signed a
contract with Sony Music Entertainment. Coco Lee album became the best-selling album in Asia. After that Lee
increasingly productive and released many albums.
Lee's name is
increasingly recognized by people around the world after reaching a career
internationally. Lee was the first Chinese to perform
at the Oscars and was nominated for an Academy
Award for Best Original Song. Lee also
became the voice of Mulan in the Disney film
version of the Mandarin language.
