Julia
Andrews is actress, singer and author who
came from England. She was born in Walton-On-Thames, Surrey, England, October
1, 1935 with full name Julie Elizabeth Wells. After living with her mother and
stepfather, her name became Julie Elizabeth Andrews. She is famous in the movie
Mary Poppins (1964) and The Sound Of Music (1955). Julie married to Blake
Edwards in 1969 and has five children.

Julie began her career in acting through acting in the theater. She
began to be known when starring in the movie My Fair
Lady and Camelot. Then she got success starring in the film Mary Poppins
(1964) and The Sound of Music (1955). Although she had declined on her career
in the years 1980-1990, she again kicked off the world of cinema through the
film Relative Values in 2000.
Julia’s career
in acting was back up again after playing a role as Lady Di in the film
The Princess Diaries. She also became the voice of the animated film Shrek and
a narrator in the film Enchanted 2 (2011). Julia has won awards and
nominations, Academy Awards, Golden Globe Awards and Tony Awards. In 2000,
Julia was awarded the name Dame by the British Empire,
so her name became Dame Julie Olivia Andrews.
