Holly
Hunter is an American actress who won an Academy Award. She was born in Conyers, Georgia, March
20, 1958. She had a relationship with actor Arliss Howard. Then Hunter married
to the Polish filmmaker, Januasz Kaminski on May 20, 1995 until December 21,
2001. After that, she had a relationship with American actor named Gordon
MacDonald. She gave birth to twin boys at the age of 47 years.

Hunter began her career in acting since 1981. After she received a
degree in drama from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittburgh, she moved to New
York and lived with actress Frances McDormand. She played in her first big
screen film a horror movie called The Burning. She also appeared in TV movies
as a supporting role in Swing Shift (1984). And her appearance on television
continued until 1987.
Hunter started getting lots of attention and criticism
through the movie The Firm. She also played in
the film comedy-drama. Her appearance in the movie The Firm won her the
nomination as best supporting role. She also
received the award for best actress through the
film The Piano. Her acting career has been awarded by Golden Globe, Screen
Actors Guild and Emmy Award.
