Carrie Underwood is a pop and country singer and songwriter from the United States. She was famous
after winning the fourth season of 2004 American Idol.
Underwood was born in Checotah, Oklahoma, USA, March 10, 1983 with full name
Carrie Marie Underwood. She had a relationship with football player Tony Romo.
But finally she married to hockey player Mike Fisher in July 2010.

Underwood released her first debut album titled Some Hearts on November 15,
2005. From her first album, she won seven platinum and became the biggest selling country debut album that high sold in
the history of Nielsen SoundScan and became best debut female
singer solo album in country music history. Her first three singles from
the album managed to occupy the second number on the Billboard country charts
in the United States and Canada.
Her second album titled Carnival Ride was released on October 23, 2007. Then
her third album Play On was released in 2009. Underwood has won numerous awards
beside from American Idol such as five American Music Awards, 14 Billboard
Music Awards and five Grammy Awards (including best new artist). In 2008 she
also received an award from country music radio show Grand Ole Opray. It shows
that Carrie Underwood is not a usual singer; she is a
great young country singer.
