Charlotte Bronte is a novelist from England. She was born in Thornton,
Yorkshire, April 21, 1816. She was the third of six children. Her mother died
of cancer on September 15, 1821. Then her two brothers died of tuberculosis in
June 1925.

Charlotte started her life in literature
with her two sisters Emily and Anne. They published their poetry with their pseudonym Currer, Ellins, and Acton
Bell. Although only sold two copies, they continued to write for publication
and began writing novels. Charlotte used the
name Currer Bell in her first published novel.
Her younger brother died in September 1848 due to chronic bronchitis
and marasmus. Then her two brothers died of tuberculosis in December 1848 and
May 1849. The most popular novel from Charlotte that was still using in letters faculty
of many universities in many countries titled Jane Eyre.
She has also three popular novel titled Shirley,
The Professor, and Villette. Besides novels, she has also several popular poetries.
Charlotte married Arthur Bell Nicholls in June 1854. Not long after
their marriage, she died with her baby on March 31, 1855. She is buried in
the family cemetery at the Church of St Michael and All Angels, Haworth, West Yorkshire,
England.
